Outdoor vacuum circuit breakers for medium voltage 35 kV

The PCVCB outdoor vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) is a three-pole column-type power circuit breaker with porcelain outer insulation and a spring drive, which is designed for switching electrical high-voltage circuits under normal and emergency conditions of three-phase AC networks with isolated or partially grounded neutral, rated mains voltage up to 40.5 kV.

Vacuum circuit breakers of the PCVCB series are used as components for 35 kV open switchgears, complete transformer substations, complete switchgear of railway traction substations, switching capacitors, switching electric furnaces at metallurgical enterprises, as well as for the reconstruction of existing substations and replacement of obsolete air and oil circuit breakers.

By design, vacuum circuit breakers of the PCVCB series are a single structure consisting of poles in which vacuum arcing chambers are located, a drive cabinet, a frame, a support column (optional).
